Day 1 – London Tilbury 
Join Columbus in London Tilbury.  Settle in and enjoy welcome drinks with your hosts and introductions before dinner. 

Day 2 – Amsterdam, Netherlands
Enjoy a gardeners’ talk this morning before your arrival at lunchtime in Amsterdam. Afternoon visit to Keukenhof where the theme for the year will be Flower Power – the strength of flowers.

Day 3 - At Sea
You’ll be invited to join your hosts for a talk and question time today.

Day 4 – Kirkwall, Orkney Islands
The magnificent St. Magnus Cathedral, a legacy of the town’s rich Viking heritage, dominates Kirkwall’s skyline

Day 5 – Portree, Isle of Skye*
The soaring peaks of the Cuillins, undulating heather moorland, small lochs and gently flowing streams form a wonderful backdrop to optional excursions featuring crofting villages, and iconic castles and gardens including Dunvegan Castle stunningly situated beside Loch Dunvegan and Skye’s most famous landmark.

Day 6 – Tobermory, Isle of Mull*
A haven for wildlife and there will be opportunities for you to join optional tours where you might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of a famous pair of rare and unusual white tailed eagles, who have been successfully reintroduced to Tobermory. The Island is a premier destination for wildlife spotting and a known feeding ground for various marine-life.

Day 7 – Dublin, Ireland
A horticultural feast awaits you today with visits to June Blake’s Garden and Hunting Brook Gardens the creation of Jimi Blake, the noted Irish horticulturist, teacher and plantsman. June Blake will be at  her gardens to meet you and tea coffee and cake will be included in your visit.

Day 8 – St Mary’s Isles of Scilly* 
St Mary’s is a delight with white sand beaches, tranquil waters and stunning seascapes and from here you’ll enjoy a visit to Tresco, where, in the glorious Abbey Gardens, some 20,000 exotic species thrive in the sub-tropical climate.  Garden Curator, Mike Nelhams and his Head Gardener will meet our group before a tour of the gardens.

Day 9 -  St Peter Port, Guernsey* 
Tumbling terraces and tiered gardens, St Peters Port is a bustling town.  Explore on your own or take an optional tour to the Freesia Centre where you can enjoy the scent and colours of this delicate flower plus a visit to the privately-owned award-winning cliff-top garden in St Martin’s Parish.

Day 10 – Honfleur, France
Complete with 16th century cobbled streets, an eye-catching old harbour, Honfleur is simply enchanting. Today’s tour takes us to the pretty village of Giverny and a visit to Claude Monet’s House and Gardens.

Day 11 – London Tilbury
Arrive early morning.  Time for breakfast and farewells before continuing your journey home.
